Permitted use
Launch theme artwork is offered for personal use under the rights notice on each theme page. You may use the site and guides for lawful, non-deceptive customization of your own compatible Codex installation.
Third-party software
The macOS engine comes from Fei-Away/Codex-Dream-Skin at the pinned upstream commit and is governed by its own MIT license and notices. DreamSkin Studio does not mirror or relicense the upstream engine.
Your responsibility
Review commands, confirm compatibility, keep backups, protect credentials, and stop when checks fail. You are responsible for deciding whether to run third-party code on your Mac.
No warranty
The site, themes, and documentation are provided as-is without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, universal compatibility, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from errors.
Limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, DreamSkin Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site, theme assets, or third-party tools. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Do not misuse the project
Do not impersonate OpenAI or DreamSkin Studio, misrepresent a theme as official, bypass safety checks, distribute malware, infringe asset rights, or use the service unlawfully.
Changes
We may update the site, themes, compatibility labels, and these terms. A material change will receive a new effective date. Questions can be sent to contact@codexskin.io.
