For an install or restore issue
A small, reproducible report is faster to investigate than a full machine dump.
Environment
macOS version, Apple Silicon or Intel, Codex version and build, and whether the official bundle identifier matched.
Theme and step
Theme slug, the exact step that failed, and whether you used the pinned upstream commit.
Exact safe output
Copy the relevant error text after removing usernames, local private paths, tokens, prompts, and customer information.
Restore state
Say whether the Restore launcher completed and whether Codex returned to the native appearance.
For artwork or trademark concerns
Include the theme URL, the work or mark concerned, your relationship to the rights holder, and a reliable way to follow up. We will review credible notices promptly.
For HiAPI account or billing support
HiAPI is an optional third-party sponsor. Use HiAPI's own support channel for its accounts, API keys, billing, uptime, or model availability. DreamSkin Studio does not have access to those records.
What we cannot do
We cannot recover OpenAI accounts, change Codex subscriptions, inspect your private Codex workspace, guarantee untested environments, or ask you to disclose credentials.
